Frequently asked questions

  • How do I check in?

You can arrive and check in on your own — any time after 3 pm. The day before you arrive, we’ll send instructions on where to find the keys and where to park. When you leave, put the keys back where you found them, or simply leave them on the table in your apartment.

  • Can we arrive earlier or leave later?

Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am. Whenever we can, we’re happy to let guests arrive earlier or leave later. If you need this, send us a request and we’ll get back to you.

  • How do I pay?

You can pay by card or in cash — our administrator will drop by at a time that suits you. Or simply make a bank transfer, and we’ll send you our bank details.

  • Are children welcome?

Of course! Our guest house is perfect for families with children. We have board games, and kids can play in the garden and snack on its fruit and berries. For the little ones, we’ll provide a cot and a high chair.

  • Can we bring a dog or a cat?

Usually, yes — but please ask us in advance! The dog shouldn’t be very large or aggressive, and please don’t leave your pet alone in the apartment. There’s a €10 charge for the extra cleaning afterwards.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

When you book directly with us, we agree on cancellation terms individually. In some cases, we may ask for a small prepayment. One important thing: we always ask guests to let us know right away if their plans change.

  • Is there enough parking?

We have free parking on our grounds for 4 cars — one per apartment. If you come to one apartment in two cars and there’s no room left, no problem: you can park the second car on Dabintos Street, right next to our parking area — parking is allowed there.

  • Will I have my own kitchen and bathroom?

Yes, each of our apartments has its own kitchen and bathroom.

  • Will we be warm enough?

We have our own gas-boiler heating, so the house is always warm.

  • We’re a big group and plan to party all night. Is that OK?

We welcome large groups. But quiet hours at our guest house are from 10 pm to 8 am, and we ask guests to keep the noise down then. Or rent the whole house and party all night long!

  • We’re bringing our own bikes or skis. Where can we keep them?

We have a garage where we keep our own bikes, and you’re welcome to store yours there too. If you need to sharpen your skis, you can do that in the garage as well.

  • Do you offer Aquapark discounts?

Yes, we give our guests 20% discount coupons. They’re valid Monday to Thursday, except in July, August and on some public holidays.

  • Can we rent bikes from you?

Yes, but we only have a few. If there aren’t enough, we’ll recommend a place where you can rent one at a discount.

  • Do you have barbecue equipment?

Yes. The fully equipped barbecue area is to the left of the garages as seen from the house. A few metres away is the door to the shed, where you can take firewood. Please bring your own charcoal.

  • How far is it to the town centre?

The centre of Druskininkai is the pedestrian Vilniaus alėja, 600 metres from us.

  • It’s my first time in Druskininkai and I don’t know the town. What do you recommend?

We love sharing what we know about the town with our guests. Tell us what interests you, and we’ll explain everything and share our tips.
